I need a Memorial Video by tomorrow, is this possible?
Yes, over the years we have developed a procedure which allows us to quickly craft individual memorial videos without loss of sentimental integrity. Our “Express” and “Memorial” packages are both available for Next Day service . However, all material for your project must be submitted no later then 3pm of the day prior to the project due date.
Do I need to label or put my photos in any type of order?
No, you do not need to label or write on any of your precious photos. Our staff is experienced in visually ordering and grouping photos together.
Do I have to provide my own music?
No, My Heritage Films provides fully licensed memorial music for each memorial video we create. However, if you would like to provide your own musical tracks we will be more than happy to include them in your memorial video tribute (at no extra charge). Please include music on CD and submit with photos.
What photo sizes do you accept?
We accept photos from Wallet Size to 11″ x 13″
Can I make copies of my Memorial Video Tribute?
Yes, one of the greatest features which we feel we offer our clients are unlocked unlabeled original DVDs. This allows you the ability to freely duplicate your memorial video for family and friends from retail duplicators (such as Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, etc.) or right from home on your own computer (you must have the appropriate DVD replication software). However, we will always be happy to provide you with additional copies of your memorial video for $15.00 each.
How do I display my memorial video?
Generally a television is arranged on a table tastefully with the flowers (a small LCD flat screen works best) or a larger screen can be used as well. Many funeral homes are using plasma or LCD televisions that are thin and light enough to be wall mounted and video is transmitted from the DVD player.
